HI my name is Esther and I think my dog ate poison. I sprayed ant and roach spray in the corners of my kitchen and I put my dog inside after a bathroom break and when he went in he ate I think a price of food in the corner and when I smelled his mouth it smelled like the poison.

Fortunately this poison is not very poisonous for dogs but if he licked it he could suffer from vomiting, lack of appetite or diarrhea for a few days. if the symptoms are quite severe you will have to take him to the vet in order to get it treated.

Yes, ant bait can be very dangerous for dogs if ingested, i would recommend taking him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and treated, he will need anti vomiting injection, fluids and monitoring.
