My puppy was constipated. Will he poop normally after an enema?

My 20 days old puppy has been constipated for 48 hours and i just gave him enema using warm water and he did poop a lot. So I wonder if he can poop like usual again after giving enema.. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 19 days old | 9 lbs
