My dog has a breast lump after puppies. Could it still be cancer?

Pet's info: Dog | Rat Terrier | Female | spayed | 15 lbs

my dog had puppy and after we gave the puppies away she developed a lump on one of her breasts we we told it was cancer and didnt want to put her through chemo scince we got her spaded and lumps started coming out of he vagina she would bite them and they would bleed we got he antibiotics and that went away but the lump is now smaller and dont seem to bother her the past year she has been happy and healthy which makes me think it not cancer she still has a very small lump

IT's very easy to find out if it is cancer or not. take her to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
