My dog has a bump by a cut and is throwing up yellow. What's wrong?

What should I do about this my dog had a cutt and a few days later there’s a huge bump she also threw up some sticky yellow liquid stuff today. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 20 lbs
