Why is my constipated dog vomiting and lethargic? Is it a blockage?

My dog is constipated! How do I determined if its blockage or regular constipation. He is vomiting after he eats but is very lathargic. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 45 lbs

Unfortunately, you will not be able to distinguish between a blockage and constipation without an x-ray. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam and some x-rays so you can figure out what is going on. I am always concerned when there is vomiting and extreme lethargy.
