My cat has a bald spot near its ear. Is it ringworm without a red ring?

My grey haired cat has a small white bald patch next to one ear and a much smaller one nearby. There is no red ring. I have isolated him as have 3 other cats and two dogs. Could this be ringworm. Pet's info: Cat | Chartreux | Male | neutered | 5 months and 28 days old | 8 lbs

Yes, it could be. Animals don't get that distinct red ring from ringworm that people get. Ringworm is the number one skin problem in young cats so it is highly likely.
