Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 16 years and 6 months old | 6.6 lbs
I was prescribed a medication for my cat for bacteria in her ears and she jerked and I squirt way too much ointment into her ear canal. How badly will this damage her? She's a 17 yr old 6.6 lb kitty

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Baby will be just fine. There is no harm in putting more than the prescribed amount of medication in the ear canal. It is just a waste of the product. Don't worry about this at all. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
