My cat is dying, not eating, drinking, or breathing well. What to do?

My cat is not eating and drinking since 10 days. All the fat in his body is wiped off all his musscles are visible. Difficulty in breathing is seen but not sure. I have given hin hydrocortisone. And ciftrixone. Along with salbutamol piff inhalation. No improvement is seen. I have cheked externaly for obstruction bit there is no signes. He is preferabely diying in 5 to 10 hrs. What should i do. There is no vet. Care in my town. I neet to go at 10 gr distence for it.. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male

It sounds like the poor chap is going to pass away so according to the duty of care stated in the animal welfare act you will have to prevent further suffering and take him to your closest veterinary surgery that it’s open. I would not wait any longer. Hope this helps giving you the strength fir making that trip to the vet !
