My senior German Shepherd won't move but still eats. What should I do?

My dog is sick he is a German Shepard, he doesn't move, he still eats and drinks water,he is old like 13-14 years, please help. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male

I'd have Bobi seen by a vet immediately. While it's good that he still eats and drinks, it's very concerning that he won't move. That can suggest he is in a lot of pain, and he does need to be evaluated by a vet right away. Only the vet can diagnose what is causing him to be unable to move and if there is any treatment for him. Best of luck.
