Dog attacked, bleeding from bites, bubbly skin. What should I do now?

hello I have an urgent question my small dog was attacked by a pitbull yesterday and she has 3 small openings were the pitbull bit her and yesterday she was walking fine and today as well till may be 4hr ago she started to bleed from the openings and when I touch her there is a bubbly sound on her skin what should I do

Have Luna seen by a vet now. There could be internal injures from being bit by the pitbull, and only a vet can diagnose that. In addition, dog bites frequently become infected, and oral antibiotics are needed to prevent an infection. It's very important though to have her seen by a vet right away to make sure she doesn't have internal injuries, so that is what I think you should do. Take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
