My bearded dragon has worms. Is her new bioactive tank safe from them?

So my bearded dragon is positive for all types of worms. But I forgot to ask the vet this... I just got a new tank which I set up as bioactive with cleaners and everything... This was about two weeks ago and she has never actually pooped in this enclosure (I'm positive the worms came while in her previous tank).. is there a possibility that the new setup isn't infested and I won't have to replace everything?

There is no way for me to give you an answer to this. There is always a chance but how much of a chance, I don't know. Just get her treated for the worms and speak to your vet about dosing with the dewormer again in a couple months just to make sure they are gone. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
