First and foremost I would get Lucky checked by about vet, or at the very least a urine sample checked. It is best to rule out that she doesn't have a medical issue such as cystitis that could be causing her to urinate inappropriately. You don't mention her age, if she is an older dog and/or is drinking a lot it would be best to get he vet to check her as many underlying hormone conditions leads to inappropriate urination, and muscle weaknesses can lead to incontinence. If there is no underlying medical issue then unfortunately she has developed a behaviour issue, essentially she is not house trained any more. You need to.go back to basics with her and patiently reiterate her original training. Make sure and get rid of any old furnishings that she may have peed on as these can be a continued source of invitation. Also thoroughly clean floors and capets where she has peed with a non ammonia based cleaner as the we can be enticing. Be patient but if you ate not seeing results I would recommend getting a behaviourist in before it gets out of hand.
