My cat is throwing up and can not go to bathroom what can I do to help him

I am assuming he is trying to urinate often but nothing happens. This is an emergency. Your Hobo likely has a urethral obstruction and is not able to urinate. This is a life threatening condition. This may also be the reason why he is vomiting. Hobo needs to be taken to a PetER right away to have his urethra unblocked.
