My Saint Bernard has a huge belly hematoma after spay. Is it normal?

My dog developed a hematoma in her belly after being spayed ,it was size of a grapefruit if not bigger,now size of two baseball,my vet said it was normal,without seeing her,should I be concerned ,she is a 105 pound saint Bernard puppy. Pet's info: Dog | Saint Bernard | Female | spayed | 10 months and 17 days old | 105 lbs
