My cat is lethargic, not moving, has dilated eyes. Is it dying?

I have a cat that is completely lethargic eyes are dilated huge as can be body is real hard cat is not moving just sitting there with a deep stare its face it's an outside Tomcat neighbors left it my cousin has been feeding the cat just wondering what the possibles could be is the cat going to die

It depends on what the cause is. The cat may have gotten into something toxic, infectious, etc. Because the cause is unknown, it is hard to say what the prognosis is. If you are able to, I would try and catch the cat and take it in to be seen by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.     Trouble breathing is always a medical emergency, and Cleo's eye being dilated are a concern. You cannot treat this at home, you need to take her into a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
