My cat licked Advantage and is drooling. Is she okay? How to prevent?

Dr. Melanie! Hello! So I just applied advantAge and it ran down to the side of her neck a bit where she was able to reach it and licked it a couple of time . She a has this string of saliva falling from her mouth is she gonna be okay ? I also don't know what I can do to prevent it from traveling .

The string of saliva may be due to a little nausea from licking the advantage. You need to part the hair and make sure that the advantage is applied directly to the skin to prevent it from running. Watch for any signs of vomiting or tremors. If you see either of these signs, have Chiky examined by your veterinarian.
