My cat is sick: walking sideways, balance issues, and crunching food.

Question

My cat suddenly making crunching sounds when eating her wet food about 3-4 days ago, around that same timeframe I noticed her walking in a sideways kind of manner also. As days have passed she looks to be feeling worse, sleeping mostly, seems to favor her right hip/leg, having probs w/balance too, yest afternoon her pupils were paper thin I fed her a jar of chicken baby food and she finally drank water; a whole bunch of it, hasn't drank any since. I'm worried about my cat...Please help. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 13 lbs

With these symptoms, it is possible she is dealing with something neurological, a heart condition, systemic disease, etc. It would be best to have her examined by a veterinarian and have her blood tested to help determine what the cause may be.
