My puppy is 12 weeks and already knows where to use the bathroom in the house. I was wondering when I can start teaching her to use the bathroom outside. She has her second set of shots as well. Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 3 months old | 7 lbs
