My dog is on NSAIDs. Why is her poop black and she's not eating?

My dog is taking nsaids because she broke her leg but now she is pooping black although she is nor eating much. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 20 days old | 15 lbs

A side effect of this medication, is gastrointestinal tract ulcers. This can be seen as black tarry stool in a dog or vomiting blood. I hope this information helps.
