Why is my senior dog not eating, lethargic, and won't stand?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 9 years and 10 months old | 55 lbs

i have a pet dog, GS and Pomeranian cross breed, and he is 1o years of age. he didn't eat from last Monday (last 7-8 days). he drinks water lot. his urine is dark yellow in color, and he is lethargic. sometimes couldnt make him stand. he usually come for calling his name ''Fido" but he sleeps where he is without responding.. i'M from Vavuniya, Sri Lanka. The weather here is very hot (36 to 38 degree celcius). I have given him the anti worm tablet too

Hello. Thank you for using PetCoach. So sorry that Fido is not feeling well. Dark colored urine is an indication of dehydration. Not eating can be a sign of almost anything. Not eating for that long is very worriesome. You need to get him to a vet for an exam and some treatment. I don't think worms or the heat is the issue. I found a few veterinary hospitals in your area. I suggest you get him to one of them for an exam. Remember, at 10 years of age, he is about 60 years old in "human years".
