Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. If it has been 4 days since he last ate anything, I would recommend getting him examined by a veterinarian and having his blood tested to make sure there are no concerns. The sooner he is seen the better. There may be something more systemic going on with Temu and blood testing would help rule out multiple possible causes. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
