I understand that fleas have become resistant to frontline plus . My dogs and maybe cat have cheyletiella and I'm wondering if these mites are also resistant to frontline. What products would you suggest I use?

I would recommend using a product with Selamectin in it. I typically use Revolution and dose pets with mites with one dose topically every 15 days for a total of 3 doses. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
