My dog had an intestinal infection, stopped meds, now vomiting. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 8 lbs

My dog nas a intestinal infection 2 weeks ago and he stopped to take his medicines 2 days ago. TODAY he throw up.He just ate at the morning. SHOULD I me worried?

It depends on how Bongo is acting and what type of intestinal infection he had previously. If he is acting ok and doing well otherwise then I would watch him and see if he does it again. If he is lethargic, not eating or not doing well then I would recommend calling your veterinarian and making an appointment with them.     It sounds as Bongo is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
