My dog is peeing everywhere after spay surgery. Is this normal?

My dog was spayed 5 days ago and she has been peeing everywhere and she's never done that before. Is that normal? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 6 lbs

Hello. If this was not a problem before, then this is not normal behavior after a spay operation. My guess is Cheerio has developed a urinary tract infection & possibly needs antibiotics.
