My large hamster uses a 7-inch ball. Is a 6.5-inch wheel too small?

If my hamster runs around in a 7 inch ball is a 6.5 inch wheel to small for her? She fits just right in her ball since she is a bigger hamster (teddy bear) so I worry that if I order a smaller wheel she won't fit. Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Female | 0.3 lbs

I believe a larger wheel makes more sense. If Nala barely fits the 7 inch ball, how should she fit into a smaller wheel? If the wheel is too small she may not want to use it as she would have to bend her body in an unnatural way in order to run in it. The bigger the wheel the better.
