My dogs fur is sticking up in some parts, and he is itching. He has a small bump on his head too. What’s wrong with him?

Judging from the pictures, this could be a skin infection, reaction or skin tumors. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. There is different treatment for these different causes and it would be best to have the condition confirmed in order for Vader to receive the most appropriate treatment.
