My puppy ate vomit, is sick, and threw up diabetes meds. Is she okay?

My 5-month old lab mix ate my brother’s vomit and has been sleeping and whining all day. I’m worried because he takes a lot of medicine (diabetes and psychotropic medicine) and he had thrown up within 10-15 minutes of taking them. I’m really worried they’re harming her but I don’t know what to do. The photos are of her current state and normal state. She hasn’t been drinking much, but she is eating.

It sounds as Ruby is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. it could also be an imbalance in her diabetes medications. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.
