Why does my dog have a genital infection 8 weeks after giving birth?

My dog looks like she has an infection on her genitals. She also just had puppies 8 weeks ago if that helps. What could it be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 74 lbs

Yes, this looks like a bacterial infection of her vulva and this would require antibiotic treatment, If there is also a discharge from the vulva she also may have a uterine infection, therefore I suggest you take her to your veterinarian for an exam.
