Why is my dog not eating with a 104 fever and possible parasite?

Hello dr, my dog is nit eating her food. I took her to the doctor he said that she may have blood parasite problem and she had 104 fever on 18 April. Dr also gave her some syrups and tablets. But she still not eating. A few months ago a dog bite her. But that was minor wound. After it when she was ready mating her behaviour was changed. As she was anxious. Dr also gave me royal canin food for her but she doesn't eat it even a cup. Do you understand problem of my dog. Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old

If she has a high fever and is not improving, I would take her back in to the veterinarian for further treatment. If she has not been on an antibiotic, I would recommend doing so and also consider giving her a fever reducer, which your vet can provide. I hope this helps!
