Why is my senior dog not eating and sick after boarding?

I have a 15 year old sheltie who has stop eating for almost two weeks. I gave her can food once and she ate that. She did eat two dental treats. She does pee and has loose stools. Her eyes look droopy. This started after being boarded for a week. Thoughts. Pet's info: Dog | Collie smooth-coated | Female | spayed | 15 years and 9 months old | 14 lbs
