Puppy has diarrhea, not eating, and eats everything. Vet visit?

Hi my 6 months old puppy had diarrhoea during the night and doesn't want to eat or drink. He is a little brighter this afternoon but still has runny poo. He eats anything he can get in his mouth so I think he has an upset tummy. Should I take him to the vet now or see how he is tomorrow? Pet's info: Dog | Border Terrier | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 28 days old

Hello, If Cairo is prone to eating anything he can get in his mouth, I would advise you to have him checked out now. Young dogs love to eat everything and some develop intestinal obstructions. And those should be addressed as soon as possible.
