My dog is about a year old rarely has accidents inside (and definitely not in front of me) Last night, she peed in the bed, this morning she peed in the living room twice on my way to take her out and then outside she kept acting like she had to pee several times but nothing was coming out anymore.. when we got back in the house she went into her crate and did not want to come out for a little bit..

Hello and thank you for your question. Lucy is exhibiting the signs of cystitis. This is an inflammation of the urinalysis bladder. It can be caused by an infection, bladder stones or crystals in the urine. It would be best to have Lucy examined by your veterinarian and a urinalysis fine to determine the exact cause and necessary treatment. Cystitis can be uncomfortable and it is best to have her looked at as soon as possible to get her some relief. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The signs you are describing can be caused by a urinary tract infection, which is relatively common in dogs. A vet can usually diagnose this based on the symptoms you descrubed, but bloodwork, urine sampling, and X-rays may be needs to rule out bladder stones or crystals. Lucy may be prescribed antibiotics. I hope all is well and that your pup feels better soon!
