My dog, has been puking alot (yellow), not eating and only drinking for the past 4 days. She's been tired and not wanting to do anything. He stomach is almost rock hard and getting pretty massive. When she breaths it kind of sounds like she's crying, so I feel like she is in pain. She does have sex with the neighbors dog so idk if she could be pregnant or not. She is also leaking a clear fluid from her vagina, almost like a leaky faucet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 8 years old

This is a medical emergency and Josi needs to see a vet now. It could be that she is suffering from a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. This infection causes the symptoms you are seeing and is fatal without treatment. Leaving her like this any longer could potentially be fatal, and there is nothing you can do at home for her. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
