My dog's jaw lymph nodes swollen, drinking, puking. Is it lymphoma?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 7 years old | 40 lbs

My dog is a 7 year old female boxer. Her lymph nodes under her jaw are swollen, she's drinking large amounts of water, puking occasionally, and not eating well. Everything I've researched says lymphoma but I can't get her into a vet until next week.

Unfortunately you could be correct that Laela's symptoms could be due to lymphoma. I would call your vet to see if they can call you if they have a cancellation and can see her sooner. There will be appointments that cancel usually, and they may be able to give you that appointment time so you can get her in sooner. You can also see if there is another vet in town who can see her sooner. Based on her symptoms, it's best that she is seen as soon as possible. I hope this helps!
