Hi my dogs face is a little pink and she is black and white and her eyes are red and she threw up. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 2 months old

This sounds like an allergic reaction. As long as she’s breathing normally it’s nothing to be overly concerned about. You can give some Benadryl to reduce the skin and eye reaction.
