My dog barks constantly and licks urine. How can I stop him?

Hi there In my last question I mentioned that my dog consistently barks. We are travelling and live in a tent so it's hard to do what you would normally in a house. I don't know what else to do its so stressful. Also he sees another dog urinate and he can't help to lick it up. It's gross and embarrassing help. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | 9 months and 6 days old

Your male dog is just coming into his hormones so he’s extra interested in other dogs when they mark.
