Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 9 months and 14 days old | 30 lbs
Hello.I got Chloe spayed 13 days ago and tomorrow I'm supposed to take off her E-collar. 2 days ago a part of her incision(where you can now see a scab) leaked a clear fluid due to too much movement. I know it's best to keep her E-collar on for a couple more days until the part with the scap healed so she can't lick it. My only question is, can I allow her to run around outside and/or play with my other dog while the scab heals? At least a little? It should be okay since it's been 2 weeks, right?

Great question! Because Chloe already opened up her incision two days ago from too much movement, I would still restrict her activities for another couple of days. You don't want additional movement to open it up even more, and a few more days of rest will not harm her. She has plenty of time in her life to run around. I would allow her to run around a bit outside when the Ecollar comes off in a few days. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
