We try to take him for a walk. But he whines through it and just wants to lay in the grass. Is that normal? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Male | neutered | 1 month and 25 days old | 26.6 lbs

First of all he is probably not used to the outside, this is something that may take time to get used to. secondly, you shouldn't take him out for a walk, he is very young and not vaccinated, you are putting his life in danger, you should only start taking him outside once he had a full course of vaccinations.
