My dog has weak back legs, is skinny, and eats a lot. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | 1 year old | 3.6 lbs

She has a problem with her back legs because she can’t barley walk on them and when she lays on the ground she doesn't have the strength to lift her self back up and she eats like a horse but she is so skinny she won’t gain weight it’s like something is eating her food that she eats in her stomach but she dewormed 4 time

This is not normal behavior for such a young dog, she appears to be much narrower over her back legs with poor muscle development, likely due to pain and weakness. Please schedule a full physical exam and likely xrays of her hips and pelvis to investigate the underlying cause of her discomfort
