I'm glad to have helped you! Expressing the anal sacs can be done in the office visit, and that should not be an additional cost on top of the office visit cost itself. Those can be around $45-55 on average. Now if his anal sacs were infected, the antibiotics would be an additional cost on top of the office visit cost. Best of luck :-)
