Puppies vomiting, diarrhea, no appetite. Should I take them to vet?

Hi. I have 4 mix breed pups (shihxspitz) and they recently loss their appetite, every time they eat or drink something they throw it up right away, their poops are also watery and yellowy. The temperature here went up to 35 degreese celsius at noon time and we were careless not to put ventilation near the pups. Should i take all of them to the vet now? :(. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 0 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor pups! Yes I would take them in to the Vet. If all 4 are sick then I worry about infectious diseases like parvo (if not vaccinated) or worms. Not holding down water and food is serious for puppies. Bring a stool sample and expect the Vet to parvo test. I wish you the best!
