Why is my cat's third eyelid still showing after vet treatment?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 years and 2 months old | 12.3 lbs

The third eyelid appeared inside my cat's eyes I took him to the vet and he gave him anthelmintic, but he didnt get anh better, it is still there, he does not have any other symptom, no vomiting no diarrhea and I dont know what to do, please help me.

I am sorry to hear that but it is good that you tried to get Cookies some help! Elevated third eyelids can be caused by many different things including eye problems/irritation, respiratory infections, and a general feeling of being unwell. If the previous medicine did not help, I am sure your vet will want to see him again. I would want to know what his temperature was, how his eyes looked on exam and see if they recommend bloodwork, x-rays or further treatment (such as antibiotics or pain medicine).
