Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | spayed | 2 months and 6 days old | 36 lbs
My puppy is 9 weeks old and has only received her first vaccination. Can she interact with other adult family dogs who are healthy and fully vaccinated (the adult dogs haven’t been to dog park lately but I do walk them in the residential sidewalk and residential park). Also, my 9 week old Coco has her 4 deworminga done, I noticed she did sniff and attempt to lick her poop, any further deworming or other actions need to be done? Thank you so much for your professional advice.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I think that socialization is important at this age. There is a fine line between preventing disease and socialization. It is fine for Coco to play with healthy fully vaccinated adult dogs and puppies. No dog parks. She can be walked on side walks. I would always pick up the stool if you think that Coco may want to start eating stool. Teach her to "leave it" early on. Leash walk until you are sure she is trained and isn't going to eat her stool. Stool eating is behavioral and it is hard to go back and teach them not too. Much easier to never allow them to start. Have a great day!

Millie is very cute! Yes, it's fine for her to be around healthy, vaccinated dogs for socialization. I would also suggest enrolling her in a good puppy kindergarten class if you have one in your area, as this is a great way to work on socialization and get her started on basic obedience training in a safe, controlled environment. For more information on the recommended timing of getting puppies "out and about" to learn about the world, you can take a look at the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB) position statement on this topic if you like: https://avsab.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Puppy_Socialization_Position_Statement_Download_-_10-3-14.pdf
