Is my senior cat on too many meds for her multiple illnesses?

Hello. My cat has been very ill. She is 10 years old. Her recent blood work showed she is anemic, has thyroid disease, a UTI and my vet thought she may have toxoplasmosis. She is now on steroids, two different antibiotics, and a very small dose of methamazole. Should she be taking so many prescriptions at once? I’ve always trusted my vet, but it seems like a lot. We are also trying to rule out that she doesn’t have cancer because I cannot afford an MRI. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 years and 7 months old | 4.8 lbs

As she is suffering from multiple diseases, it is understandable that she is on many medications. cancer is difficult to diagnose indeed, i would recommend a specialist ultrasound, it is much cheaper than an MRI and can detect many types of cancers as well.
