Can I give my puppy over-the-counter medicine for fever or fatigue?

Unfortunately no, there are no OTC medications that are safe enough to give Prince Tab. In addition, because I can't see him in person, even if there were ones it would be illegal for me to prescribe them to him. If he has a fever that is above 103F, then having him seen by a vet asap would be best. You can try to cool him down by placing him in a room with a fan. Best of luck!
