Bella's feces are perfectly normal. However the bloody urine is a serious concern. Blood in urine is usually a sign of a severe Urinary Tract Infection, possible bladder stones or, rarely at this age, a cancerous growth or polyps. Bella needs to be seen by a veterinarian for an exam, a urinalysis and possibly blood work to rule out kidney disease. She will need antibiotics and pain medicine. Please take her to a vet ASAP.

Yes, this is a concern. This could be due to a UTI or bladder stones. You need to have Candy seen by a vet today for blood work and a urinalysis. If she does have a UTI or bladder stones, the vet can treat her for it.
