My pug mix scratches paws from allergies. How to treat dry skin?

My pug mix Bailey has allergies that cause her to always scratch her paws. I make sure they stay clean when she comes inside and I've been giving her Vetoquinol with Omega 3 but doesn't seem to help. I've been spraying her paws with a mixture of Epsom salt,non-filtered apple cider vinegar,peroxide, and water. It helps her paws but I've noticed her skin is dry and flaky. what else can I try? She gets bathed monthly at Petco and eats grain free food. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 19 lbs

You could talk to your vet about trying an allergy medication called Apoquel or Cytopoint. Apoquel is an oral medication and Cytopoint is an injection administered every 4 - 8 weeks. Both medications do great job of controlling allergies in dogs.
