My 7-week-old kittens have swollen eyes and head lumps. What to do?

I took in two kittens last night, I think they are about 7 weeks old. Siblings, can't determine sex. They have swollen eyes with mucus/crust around them, which I've been wiping with a warm wash cloth and it seems to be helping. They are also inbred, the mother was impregnated by her son. They seem to have bone-like lumps on their heads. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 9 days old | 1lb
