Oh my. That looks like her uterus is trying to prolapse (come out). YOu need to take her to your local vet right away to have her examined and get this treated for. The vet will likely do a thorough exam with her mildly sedated and may have to push this back in an suture her closed. I would also consider getting her spayed soon to help prevent this from being a constant issue, if she isn't already. Best of luck to you and Keti!
