Why won't my 10-month-old dog eat, only drinks, and breathes oddly?

my 10mons dog won't eat but she drink Water.. Some of my friends told me to give her honey so I gave her honey, then she started to eat meat chicken.. Then drink water then yesterday again she didnt Eat still drinking water til today..what's the problem? I had 7dogs but shes the youngest ..and her breath there's always a sound. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 1 year and 9 months old | 9 lbs

Poor Cheska! This could be several different things like an issue with her having low blood sugar, a liver shunt or liver disease, parasites, an infection and much more. I would strongly recommend to force her some nutrical 3-5 times per day. Nutrical is a high calorie vitamin supplement that helps to keep the blood sugar up. If you don't have any right now, I would give her some honey or karo syrup now and try to get some nutrical from a pet store ASAP. Also, since she is so small, I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will likely do a fecal and some blood work to help figure out what is causing her to feel better and then start her on the proper treatment plan to make her feel better. I hope this helps!
